Terms of service

The terms on which you use abintelligence.org and the ABI CRM platform.

Parties and subject

The ABI CRM service (the Service) is provided by Angel Borisov, trading as AB Intelligence, Sofia (we). By creating an account you accept these terms for yourself or on behalf of the organisation you represent.

Trial

Every new account gets 14 days of free use with no card. After that the workspace stays readable; new records are created once a plan is chosen.

Plans and payment

  • Prices are published on the pricing page, in euro, VAT included, and are paid month to month.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect from the next month. Paid periods are not refunded.
  • A plan change applies from the next month; the Custom package is changed on request to us.

Your data

The records, files and contacts in your workspace are yours. We use them only to provide the Service. You can export your workspace at any time and ask for it to be deleted.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful content, spam or infringement of third-party rights.
  • You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including your basis for processing your own customers' personal data.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent access restrictions to other workspaces.

Availability and support

We work for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned interruptions are announced in advance. Support is provided in Bulgarian and English by email.

Liability

The Service is provided as is. Our liability for damages arising from its use is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms, after a warning, except in the case of a serious breach.

Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Sofia, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.

Changes

Changes to these terms are published here with a new date; material ones are announced by email 14 days in advance.
